Competition Entry: Burnt Panel Wall Cladding

This was my latest project, I cladded our TV rooms wall with wood.

The process I followed was to first cut all the planks square then they where cut to size.  Once they where cut to size I had to sand each plank before burning them.  Once sanded the burning process started of the wood and once that was done on last final sand was given. The wood was then put against the wall and then sealed with a sealer.
